Order Cancellation and Refund Policy

  1. You will be entitled to a full refund if you, cancel your order by contacting Norhire by phone, Fax, or email at any time prior to the day of delivery.
  2. You will also be entitled to a full refund in the unlikely event of a non-delivery of your bin. This does not include preferred delivery times within that day, only complete non-delivery on your nominated delivery day.
  3. You will be entitled to a partial refund in the event an order is cancelled by you on the day of delivery but prior to the bin actually being delivered.
  4. No Refund will be issued if you seek to cancel the order after the bin has actually been delivered.
  5. Refunds will only be made payable to the credit card on which the original purchase was made.
  6. Refunds will be made within 3 business days from the date of cancellation.
